Darl J. AndersenPresident, Famcor Management, Inc.
Darl is the founder of Famcor Group and currently advises the company in a strategic capacity. He brings extensive experience in real estate acquisition and finance as well as organizational and financial management. After a number of years at Valley National Bank in the real estate department and at Ernst & Ernst as a CPA, Darl served for over 25 years as Corporate Controller, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bashas’, Inc., one of the largest retail grocery chains in Arizona. Darl has also served as past president of the Rotary Club, the Retail Executives of Arizona, and the Mesa Ecumenical Clergy Association. He has been a member of the Mesa Board of Adjustments, the Mesa Planning & Zoning Board, the MARC Board, the Mesa YMCA Board and the Arizona Food Marketing Alliance Board of Directors. Darl holds a B.S in real estate and a B.S. in accounting from Arizona State University.

Jay D. AndersenPrincipal, Famcor Financial, Inc.
Jay’s responsibilities include the management of land investments and development projects. He also participates in the underwriting of commercial loans. Jay’s prior experience includes positions of increasing responsibility at Cole Capital Partners, a $1.5 billion real estate firm in Phoenix, Citigroup Property Investors in New York, and Deloitte & Touche in Phoenix. Jay also founded and ran a small real estate investment firm in Mesa, AZ. Jay earned a Masters of Business Administration with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a BS/MAcc from Brigham Young University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Jon K. AndersenPrincipal, Famcor Financial, Inc.
At Famcor Group, Jon’s duties cover loan sourcing/underwriting, property development, and land acquisition. Prior to joining Famcor Group, Jon held various finance and business development roles at Boston Scientific Corporation, an $8 billion medical device manufacturer. He also brings valuable experience in corporate finance and public accounting from his prior work in New York at Goldman Sachs and Ernst & Young. Jon received a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He serves on the board of the Harvard Business School Club of Arizona and is a member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group and the Arizona Management Society. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeff M. AndersenPrincipal, Famcor Financial, Inc.
Jeff has been with Famcor Group since early 2004 and has responsibility for management of the company’s loan portfolio and other real estate assets. Prior to joining Famcor Group, Jeff was a credit analyst in the commercial real estate division of Comerica Bank before being promoted to loan officer in the commercial loan division. Jeff holds a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University and a Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University. He is also the designated representative for Famcor Financial, Inc.

Lee R. AndersenPrincipal, Famcor Financial, Inc.
Lee manages the underwriting for the company’s commercial loans. He also works with the company’s real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Famcor Group, Lee was a credit analyst and later a loan officer in the commercial lending division of Alliance Bank where he managed a $20+ million portfolio. Lee received a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Arizona State University.

Conrad PlominAdviser, Famcor Group
Conrad assists Famcor Group in securing financing for its commercial lending business and other real estate projects. He is the President of Sunbelt Capital Corporation and has acted as both a direct senior lender and as an intermediary during his thirty-year career as a commercial and investment banker. Since founding Sunbelt in 1989, Conrad has assisted numerous corporate clients in raising well over $1 billion of debt financing. These financings have ranged in size from $5 million to $160 million. Sunbelt has successfully closed every financing it was hired to manage. Prior to forming Sunbelt, Conrad was Senior Vice President and Manager of the U.S. banking division for Valley National Bank of Arizona. Conrad holds both an undergraduate degree and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Santa Clara.

Jared HuishAdviser, Famcor Group
Jared advises Famcor Group on real estate valuation, particularly, as it relates to the collateral that backs the company’s commercial loans. Jared is President of Arizona Commercial Appraisers, Inc. and brings over 38 years of real estate appraisal experience to Famcor Group. He is a highly sought after expert in his field and is often called to give expert witness testimony in court cases involving real estate valuations. Jared is a member of the Appraisal Institute, the Graduate Realtors Institute, and the International Right-of-Way Association. He holds a real estate brokers license in the State of Arizona and is a Property Tax Agent. Jared also serves as a part-time faculty member at Arizona State University where he teaches a basic appraisal course at the school’s Polytechnic Campus. Jared obtained a B.S. degree in Business Administration, specializing in real estate, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Arizona State University.

Edward VillanuevaAdviser, Famcor Group
Ed is the tax and general business adviser to Famcor Group. He assists in analyzing the income tax and financial reporting implications of major transactions involving the company. He founded Villanueva & Company, P.C. in 2003 after serving for twenty-five years with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young where he worked extensively in the audit, tax, and consulting groups. He rose from the ranks to partner and served as a partner in the tax group for eleven years. Ed’s own firm specializes in handling complex tax and accounting issues for a wide variety of clients that range from a few thousand dollars in sales to nearly a billion dollars in sales. Ed has an accounting degree from Arizona State University where he graduated with honors. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1969. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Personal Financial Specialist accredited by the AICPA.

Timothy W. MoserAdviser, Famcor Group
Tim is Famcor Group’s primary legal adviser for many of its financing transactions. He is the Chairman of the Structured Finance Group at Squire Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. and has over twenty five years of finance and legal experience. Squire Sanders is an international law firm with approximately 800 lawyers in 30 offices worldwide and frequently represents financial services firms and institutions. In Phoenix, Squire Sanders has over 70 lawyers and represents several financial institutions throughout Arizona.
